Create a HubSpot private app

In HubSpot go to Settings → Integrations → Private Apps → Create. Add the scopes crm.objects.contacts.read and crm.objects.deals.read.

Copy the access token

Copy the private-app access token.

Connect integration Secret key Save

Paste it into flyhelpdesk

Open Integrations → Connections → HubSpot and paste the token.

Click Test connection to verify the token and scopes.

See CRM context

The CRM · HubSpot card shows the contact’s profile and open deals in the ticket drawer.

Open the setup screen
