Add an Incoming Webhook in Teams

In the Teams channel → Connectors → Incoming Webhook, create one and name it flyhelpdesk.

Copy the webhook URL

Copy the generated Teams webhook URL.

Connect integration Secret key Save

Paste it into flyhelpdesk

Open Integrations → Connections → Microsoft Teams, paste the URL and enable Teams.

Send a test card

Click Test connection to post a test card to the channel.

You’re done

Ticket events now post to Teams.

Open the setup screen
