Get your Twilio credentials

In the Twilio Console copy your Account SID and Auth Token, and choose an SMS-capable number.

Add the credentials

Open Integrations → Telephony → SMS and enter the SID, token and number.

Set the messaging webhook

Copy the SMS webhook URL from flyhelpdesk into your Twilio number’s Messaging configuration.
