Create a Vonage voice app

In the Vonage dashboard create a Voice application, generate a private key and link a number.

Add the credentials

Open Integrations → Telephony → Vonage and enter the API key/secret, application ID and private key.

Set the answer webhook

Copy the answer/event webhook URLs from flyhelpdesk into your Vonage application.
