Create a Zoho self-client

In the Zoho API console create a Self Client to get a client ID/secret, then generate a refresh token for the CRM scopes.

Copy the credentials

Copy the client ID, client secret and refresh token, and note your data centre (com, eu, in…).

Paste them into flyhelpdesk

Open Integrations → Connections → Zoho CRM and enter the data centre, client ID, secret and refresh token.

Test connection Connected

Test the connection

Click Test connection to confirm the refresh-token flow works.
